We cover return shipping costs only in the following cases:

  • We sent the wrong item(s) or missed something in your order.
  • The product has a manufacturer defect and cannot be used properly.

We do not cover return costs, but you can still return the item at your own expense if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product’s color or specifications.
  • You simply no longer need the ordered items.

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product was damaged due to customer’s fault (scratches, physical/chemical/electrical damage), and we cannot resell it or it was not used according to instructions.
  • The product is in good condition but has already been used.
  • The product is returned without original packaging (in some cases, we may accept returns without packaging, but it depends on the item and is evaluated individually).
