We really do care about our lovely customer satisfaction. We are always ready to replace or credit products that have been damaged due delivery or are defective from the manufacturer, we also are ready to find solutions in any case what can happen.

We do compensate transport costs for you order return back in case of filing return form only in following cases:

Product(s) are damaged during transportation;

We have sent wrong items or missed to put some of them;

Products have manufacturer defect and cant be used properly;

Situations when we do not compensate order returning costs but you can still return them by paying return fee:

You are not satisfied with product color/specifications;

You just simply no longer need ordered products;

Situations when we do not accept order returning:

The products are damaged by customers' fault and contain scratches or any other type of physical/chemical/electrical damage so we  can't sell it once more or/and was not used in accordance with the instructions.

The product is in good condition without any defects from the manufacturer but it has already been used.

The product doesn't have the original package *(in some cases we do accept products returned without the package but it depends on products and must be shown individually).
