Top Flash by FOX is a non-tacky, reflective clear top coat.
The composition of the top contains a large number of small silver particles, in certain lighting creating an incredible radiance. This top coat can be applied over a gel polish or a camouflage base, which allows you to make a reflective coating out of any shade. The intensity of the radiance depends on the angle of the light and the power of the light source.
The material has a liquid consistency, durable, prevents the formation of chips and scratches on the coating due to mechanical damage. Can be used as a standalone top coat or topped off with another top coat.
