PAYMENT

There are several options to pay for your order at our online store. After you fill your order cart with all necessary information and a checked order products list you can proceed to payment. For now we have two main options to pay for your order:

Paying with money bank transfer directly to our bank account (*in this option you going to receive email message with all credentials to make payment)

Paying instantly by credit/debit card including Visa/MasterCard and others (this is the fastest way to pay for you order so we can faster proceed to complete you order)

*Please note that if you pay for your order by bank transfer it can take 2 to 5 days until the bank can confirm your payment. It can affect the speed of your order delivery. Please use the second payment option (debit/credit card) to receive orders faster.

*We are using 3rd part software from our partners "Montonio Financing OÜ" and "Stripe LTD" to proceed your credit/debit card payment. They are secure and guarantee high standards of data security. We do not store or keep your credit/debit card personal data.

DELIVERY

Our online store is working with the most popular and trusted logistics partner in the EU, we do our best to deliver your orders safely and fast. Our main logistics partners are: DPD, DHL, Packeta, Itella Posti and Omniva. All costs for delivery are shown at the shopping cart page where you fill all necessary information of the delivery destination. Please make sure you provide us with the correct delivery address to avoid delays or delivery cancellation. *Orders are collected on weekdays. If you place an order before 12:00, the parcel will be sent on the same day, subject to payment confirmation from us.

Free delivery options are available for the following countries:

Estonia: Free delivery for orders over 40€ (available free only for "Omniva" parcel machine delivery)
Latvia, Lithuania: Free delivery for orders over 100€ (available free only for "Omniva" parcel machine delivery)
Finland: Free delivery for orders over 170€ (available free only for "Itella Posti" parcel machine delivery)

For other European countries: Free delivery for orders over 200€ (available free only for "DPD, Packeta" сourier delivery)
